Join us this Sunday, September 21 between 3 and 8 pm at Moonshine Creek.

We will offer snacks and drinks (bring some to share, as you wish), an opportunity to see us, our farm, animals, gardens, systems and Tiny Houses, show some of the things we worked on this summer.

Please bring something to share for our 'Show & Tell' (or put something on our Community board, if you prefer): a short story, a book you read and want to recommend, a song, a poem, art, the biggest tomato from your yard, a craft, something joyous from this summer (5 minutes or less). This part will happen around 5 pm. You are also welcomed to share any other brief announcements, asks or offerings for networking, like looking for a hiking buddy or a used car.

A nature inspired song circle around our fire pit might follow the event depending on interest.

RVSPs by text/email are appreciated for food, parking and timing, even if it is just a 'maybe'.

- Sponsor a farm animal - become a farm community member by ways of becoming a sponsor for one of our hens or ducks, enjoy our peaceful place by visiting your critter monthly and support our small farm
- Come visit Moonshine as a overnight guest, either camping (tent/hammock), vanagon-ing or glamping in one of our Tiny Houses
- day use of our Hexenhaus overlooking our creek and woods for your small gathering 
- We also have a few co-living options in our house, tiny houses, and your own trailer or tarp/tent/yurt available.

​A Japanese heirloom winter variety, a moschata with beautiful bumpy skin, edible skin that matures to a chestnut color. It has a delicious nutty flavor and is also known for its extended storage.

We were excited to visit the workshops about hand-pollinating corn, propagation, collecting stories and seeds, learning and tasting the heirloom varieties. We also exchanged some seed.
