Moonshine Creek Forest wants to invite collaborators to host environmentally friendly community events at our beautiful space in Duvall.
Here are some ideas for collaborations:
- a West-inspired Community Event (song, stories, sit spot, ceremony)
- Art events and installations
- Solstice celebrations
- Wildlife tracking, we have great signs at Moonshine
- Adult Play groups (gladywaiters, capture the flag, robots & ninjas)
- Board Game Nights
- Ladder Ball competitions
- Dancing in the woods
- Oktoberfest
- Trading blanket & Craft exchange
- Play with baby bunnies in Spring
- a Mountain View Road & 308th Neighbor gathering
- a Live Music concert with local artist
- Trail blazing, forest bathing and SOULo Walk (reflective walking meditation, see photo below)
- Blackberry removal - who wants to come help, so rewarding!
- moving/building a tree house

Craft & Trade
Craft
Bring your favorite craft project and work on it in a circle of crafters and friends
Trade
Trade an item (a craft, gentle used gear, clothing, craft material, treasure, etc) by placing it in the center and see who will consider a trade with you by placing their trade item around the circle. You can decline or accept or counter round after round.
Besides going home with great items we will have a connective opportunity with one another and fun creating beauty with one's hands, heart and mind.
