Dreaming up Moonshine: the letter

Dear Sellers,
We are super excited about the opportunity to steward your property.

In 2003 we started dreaming about a nature retreat, where we could keep chickens, have lots of fruit trees, listen to a creek nearby, roam the woods and share the beauty of the place with our friends and visitors. We started looking for a space for our vision in the Cherry Creek area a couple years ago, but didn’t find a perfect match until now. It felt very serendipitous to walk your property for the first time and discover everything we had envisioned. We love all the details and especially all the old trees.

​Marco’s job just transitioned to 100 % remote last month, so our move to the country can finally become a reality. Christine just graduated from the Nature Immersion and Botany Program at the Wilderness Awareness School (just 5 minutes from your property), where she lived until June and learnt how to take care of land, forests and creeks using permaculture principles and how to connect with nature. She wants to share this magic by mentoring others with the help of your property. Our bees and pet rabbits would also be excited to move to a great new home out in the country.
