Welcome to the Whimsical Play Day!
Play is important! It seems, but unfortunately the Western culture doesn't value it enough. My name is Bee and I am a dedicated playful person for life. I started by journey growing up in a toy store, led after school programs, hosted many board game nights and love instigating adventures. I finished my Apprenticeship as a Youth Program Instructor with the Wilderness Awareness School in 2024 and created a nice space here at Moonshine Creek to share, relax and play and want to invite others to come along for a few hours on a Play Day.
I want to bring back good old play and belly laughs for adults. Over the last years I Each time is themed and will offer a variety of activities, like a dress up tea party, forest bathing, playing hide & seek in the woods, cuddle bunnies, draw flowers, journal, building a hut, a dam or a fairy garden. We might sing or dance or play card games. We might play house, make a foraged salad and serve each other mud pies. We will get to know each other and build community. The world of imagination is boundless.
If you would like to get informed about the next play day or look for a place for a playful event, please email us at moonshinecreekforest(@)gmail.com.
